Cloverleaf at Keystone

What: Nonconference game

Where: Wildcats Stadium

When: 7 p.m., Aug. 25

Records: Cloverleaf 0-1, Keystone 1-0

For the record: Keystone was impressive in its 41-0 win over Northwestern, who was a fifth seed in Division VI Region 22 last year. Quarterback Zach Shackelford scored on offense, defense and special teams with five touchdowns. Cloverleaf defeated Keystone almost exactly a year ago on Aug. 25, 2022, 35-19 at its place. The Colts went 8-3 last year with three All-Ohioans. Those players moved on, and the team seems to be rebuilding, as shown in a 34-0 loss to Medina Buckeye in Week 1. Keystone has a great start to its season, if they can pull out a win against a team from Division III Region 10, it should improve its chances to make the postseason in Division V Region 17.
