A 33-year-old North Ridgeville man was charged after allegedly dumping oil, paint and assorted trash at a North Olmsted apartment.
The man was taken into custody Aug. 23 by North Olmsted police. The incident occurred at Great Northern Village Apartments three days prior, according to police.
He was charged with one count of criminal damaging and two counts of criminal mischief in Rocky River Municipal Court, police stated.
He was released on a signature bond and ordered to appear in court Sept. 5.
