A $25,000 cash reward is being offered by TBonds to help find James Kimbrough III of Lorain, one of the area’s most wanted fugitives.

Kimbrough, 34, is accused of killing a 24-year-old mother of four in Sheffield Village in the McDonald’s parking lot in January.

Sheffield Village Police charged Kimbrough with aggravated murder in connection with the shooting death of the victim, Milenna Lopez.

Kimbrough is a suspect in other cases as well, according to authorities.

TBonds bailed Kimbrough out of jail on one of the other charges, domestic violence, in September 2021 and has yet to collect on the debt, according to Tony Horn, of TBonds.

“I’m gonna keep setting traps until I find him,” Horn said March 26.

“I know he’s alive. He’s just on the run,” he added.

As cautionary advice, Horn also added, “He’s armed and dangerous.”

Anyone with “information which directly leads to the arrest of Kimbrough” is asked to call (440)244-9255, Horn said.

The U.S. Marshal Service Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is involved in the search for Kimbrough as well, the agency has said.

Kimbrough is described as a Black man, 5 feet 10 inches, weighing approximately 180 pounds.
